There will be a variety of interesting, diverse, and reasonably priced food. For health and quality reasons, unauthorized food vendors pose a risk to Festival goers. Therefore, unauthorized food vendors are not permitted and will be shut down to alleviate that risk.
There will also be a variety of artesians and vendors selling products, merchandise and Urban Desert memorabilia.
Urban Desert will commit to selecting quality products and merchandise vendors. The unauthorized sale of merchandise in the area is not permitted, as Urban Desert is committed to ensuring a successful event for all authorized vendors..

Everyone will need to have a concert wrist band to gain access to Urban Desert Festival venue. Security will strictly enforce this policy throughout the Festival.

The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited at Urban Desert. All laws pertaining to drug use must be respected. All must participate in the festival in a lawful and healthy manner. Should you become suspicious or any illegal activities, it should be immediately reported to security personnel.
We work hard to ensure the safety and quality of all official food and beverage vendors. For health and quality reasons, buying from unlicensed vendors is strictly prohibited. Official Urban Desert 2008 vendors have made a commitment to the Festival to provide quality and safe food options.
The service roads must remain open at all times. This is the only way that we can provide emergency medical and fire protection as well as refill water tanks, service the toilets and pick up trash.
Note: ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED!
When will the tickets be sent out?
Tickets will be available at the CSM Office, all Virgin Megastore Outlets and Plug-ins. It will also be available online at www.itp.net.
Is there anything else I should know?
Pace yourself! Eat enough, drink enough (it's really important to stay
hydrated), and get enough sleep the night before so that you can enjoy the
entire day and night of the Festival. Also, if you can bring patience and a
sense of humor, it will be a great gift to yourself as well as those around you,
and it will help you to get the most out of your experience. Be a good neighbor
- get to know your neighbors, watch their stuff and they will return the favor.

MISCELLANEOUS
Event security and police will be located throughout the site for the entire
duration of the Festival. If you have an EMERGENCY, find a staff person with a
radio, go to an information tent, medical tent, or tell one of the security
personnel.
